Philadelphia cheese (queso untar Hacendado)

1 tub ‘Taramasalata‘ (se encuentra en Carrefour, junto con el hummus)

lemon juice (jugo limón)

paprika (pimentón)

capers/gherkins (alcaparras/pepinillos)

You can make all sorts attractive, tasty starters with smoked salmon and a bit of imagination.  Spread slices of smoked salmon with cream cheese/mackerel/lemon juice/paprika all mashed together with a fork, the roll up and cut into slices.  Or fill ready made bough pastry shells with this mixture or the taramasalata mixture and top with smoked salmon and decorate with dill or parsley.
