Salmon Mould

Ingredients
2 tins salmon (or tuna), flake well
½ minced onion (cebolla picada)
2 sweet pickles or 2 pickled onions (pepinillos o cebollitas en vinagre)
2 hard boiled eggs
1 grated carrot
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
¾ cup (175g) mayonnaise
½ (120ml) cup cream
½ (115g) cup ketchup
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp mustard
Salt & pepper
Tabasco or Cayenne Pepper
1 large tablespoon neutral gelatin dissolved in ¼ cup cold + ½ cup hot water (4 hojas de gelatina neutra, remojadas en 187ml agua fría)

Method
Mix all the ingredients together, place in a mould and leave to set in the fridge.
