I found this recipe on a Spanish site (www.recetasdecocinadesergio.com/2013/04/salsa-mostaza-miel-receta-facil.html)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (light)
1 dessertspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Simply mix all ingredients together. If you prefer the sauce sweeter, just add more honey. If you prefer it stronger, just add more mustard.
In this recipe, the sauce was used over toasted bread and chicken ‘a la plancha’, topped with thin slices of parmesan cheese.
A simply perfect quick afternoon snack or light supper.
