This was just an experiment really, but it’s turned out extremely well. Despite all different sorts of peelings, once dried in the sun and whizzed up to a powder, it actually smells quite nice too!!
I dried up peelings from courgettes, cucumbers, onions, leeks, potatoes, tomatoes, oranges, lemons, avocados, peaches, plums, nectarines, tops and tails from red and green peppers, dead thyme, mint and geranium leaves and flowers, fresh ginger peel.
