The real treat of one-pot food (or ‘spoon food’ as they say in Spain) is to spend the day with the comforting aromas of a home-cooked meal bubbling on the stove or baking in the oven, especially when it’s freezing cold outside. This Spanish bean stew is definitely among my favourites.
